Common Rejection Points

1. Multiple Applications: If the applicant submits than one application, whether to the same RRB or to different RRBs the applicant will face a total rejection and will be debarred.

2. Live Photo Errors: If the applicant does not follow photo guidelines, which require a pure white background and clear visibility of face and clothing the applicant may be rejected.

3. Signature Mistakes: If the applicant uses ink that’s not black signs in block or capital letters or uploads a signature that is blurred or incomplete the applicant may be rejected.

4. Results Awaited: Final educational results will be available after the closing date, which is 13.11.2026.

5. Debarred / Dismissed: Candidates who have already been debarred or dismissed from government service are not eligible to apply.

6. Pre-written Self-Declaration: If the applicant writes the self-declaration paragraph, before the exam or writes it in capital letters at the venue the applicant’s application will be considered invalid.

2. Login and Select Your RRB Zone and Post Preference.

3. Capture Your Live Photograph with the help of Webcam / Mobile Phone Front Camera and Upload Your Scanned Documents.

4. Pay the Required Application Fees.

5. Before Submit the Application Form Review Carefully.

6. After Submit Application Form Take a Print Out.
